Turn Instant Pot to sauté mode and add bacon
Brown bacon and add onions
Sauté onions until they are translucent
Add in garlic and give everything a stir
Add sausage and start to brown.
Add crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Pour in chicken stock and add potatoes.
Close the lid and switch the instant pot from sauté to pressure cook.
