8Whiting Fillets
1French baguette split into two pieces
1Cup Mayo
1CupSeasoned Cornmeal
1CupShredded Iceberg Lettuce
1Sliced Tomato
¼CupCreole Mustard
1.5TBSMinced Garlic
1TBSKetchup
1TBSPrepared Horseradish
1TBS Hot Sauce
1TBSpickle juice
2TBSCajun Seasoning
1TBSPaprika
½TBSTarragon
½TBSLemon juice
Instructions
For the spicy Remoulade, combine Mayo, Mustard, Garlic, Ketchup, Horseradish, Hot Sauce, Pickle Juice, Cajun Seasoning, Paprika, Tarragon, and Lemon juice in a mixing bowl and whisk until incorporated.
Batter Whiting fillets with Seasoned Cornmeal
Fry Whiting @ 350 in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
